Everett HS Student Council Mini-THON raised $7,762.45 to benefit Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital. Fortunately, more funds were collected after the picture was taken, making the total more. The event, which was held on April 6, 2018 at Everett High School, had 36 student participants. While raising awareness and funds, students had the opportunity to learn about the many strides Four Diamonds is taking in the fight against childhood cancer. Since its creation in 1972, Four Diamonds has helped nearly 4,000 children and families and supported a diverse platform of pediatric cancer research projects at Penn State Children’s Hospital. Its goal is to improve new treatments and, ultimately, find a cure for the children battling cancer around the world. Everett High School Student Council is proud to partner with Four Diamonds in the continuous fight to conquer childhood cancer.
